Meenakshi Sharma

Registered Physiotherapist

With over 10+ years of experience as a practicing Physiotherapist in India and Canada, she brings deep knowledge and a caring demeanour to her clients. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and then did her Master’s in Orthopedics from India. 


She provides a detailed initial assessment to every patient and provides an evidence-based, individualized treatment plan that is best suited for them. 


She has always believed that a body has an innate ability to heal itself, given the chance and the avenues for recovery. She is blessed with a sense of compassion and commitment towards her patients. She likes championing the cause of non-invasive therapy. She considers facilitating natural limb mobility and complete physical well-being very fulfilling aspects of her profession.

 

She has immense experience in treating various post-surgical orthopedic conditions, Musculoskeletal conditions and neurological conditions. She is also very passionate about treating TMJ dysfunction, Pelvic pain, Vestibular disorders, and Chronic pain. 


After working for 5 years in Canada for various clinics and receiving multiple 5-star reviews from her patients, she is eager to bring her skills, knowledge, and personality to the beautiful town of Burlington in Canada.

Sammy Montiel

Registered Massage Therapist

Sammy has over 10+ years in the health and fitness industry. He has experience as a personal trainer, rehabilitation specialist, fascial stretch therapy, breath coach and massage therapy.


He specializes in working with individuals to find and treat the sources of their pain instead of only treating symptoms. He has worked to solve anything from low back pain to head/neck discomforts for the general population and athletes.


Sammy's approach to rehabilitation is holistic, offering a comprehensive and reassuring touch to any manual and rehabilitative treatment. This approach ensures that every aspect of the individual's health and fitness is considered.

Musaib Surya Headshot

Musaib graduated with a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy from Seth GS Medical College, Mumbai, India, in 2020. He then completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health, Safety, and Wellness from Conestoga College in 2022.


He is currently a Registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario, and has a keen interest in working with clients suffering with various hand and upper extremity conditions.

Front Admin/PTA

Dhanashri Marathe is our Front Admin and PTA Coordinator at Zen Physiotherapy in Burlington. She plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, from managing daily tasks to fostering clear communication between patients and therapists, all while enhancing the overall patient experience.

With over three years of clinical experience in India and more than a year of working in Canada, Dhanashri brings a diverse and well-rounded perspective to patient care. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone feels valued and cared for.

Outside of the clinic, Dhanashri enjoys painting, reading, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen. She finds inspiration in life’s little moments and is always looking for ways to stay connected to the world around her.
